Domestic Shipping (Thailand): Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days via Thai Post or private couriers (e.g., Kerry, Flash).

 

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery time is approximately 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current promotions.

 

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our perfumes and ambergris products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

 

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

 

The product received is incorrect (different from your order)

 

The product was damaged during shipping

 

 

In these cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required before approval of a return or replacement.

Refunds

 

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or replaced with a new item.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by ANHS.Store.
